When a postal vote is held, the campaign expenses reimbursed to candidates pursuant to article R. 713-12 include the cost of paper and the printing of ballot papers and circulars with the following characteristics:
1° Ballot papers printed under the conditions set out in article R. 30 of the Electoral Code, on one side only and containing the information specified in article A. 713-5;

2° Circulars under the conditions laid down in Article R. 29 of the Electoral Code.
The number of ballot papers and circulars accepted for reimbursement may not exceed that actually submitted, in accordance with article A. 713-9.
