Article A713-7 of the French Commercial code

When a postal vote is held, the campaign expenses reimbursed to candidates pursuant to article R. 713-12 include the cost of paper and the printing of ballot papers and circulars with the following characteristics:

1° Ballot papers printed under the conditions set out in article R. 30 of the Electoral Code, on one side only and containing the information specified in article A. 713-5;

2° Circulars under the conditions laid down in Article R. 29 of the Electoral Code.
The number of ballot papers and circulars accepted for reimbursement may not exceed that actually submitted, in accordance with article A. 713-9.

Lorsqu’il est procédé à un vote par correspondance, les frais de campagne remboursés aux candidats en application de l’article R. 713-12 s’entendent du coût du papier et de l’impression des bulletins de vote et des circulaires présentant les caractéristiques suivantes :

1° Bulletins de vote imprimés dans les conditions prévues à l’article R. 30 du code électoral, exclusivement recto et comportant les mentions précisées à l’article A. 713-5 ;

2° Circulaires dans les conditions prévues à l’article R. 29 du code électoral.

Le nombre de bulletins et de circulaires admis à remboursement ne peut excéder celui effectivement remis, conformément à l’article A. 713-9.
