Article A713-5 of the French Commercial code

The ballot papers shall specify, for each candidate, titular or substitute:

a) His surname and usual forename;

b) Profession or sector of activity;

c) The commune in which he/she is active;

d) Where applicable, the name of the group under whose aegis he is presenting himself;

> e) The head office for which he is presenting himself;

f) The name of the group under whose aegis he is presenting himself
e) The seat for which he or she is standing: as a full member or alternate member of the regional chamber combined with the office of member of the Ile-de-France territorial, local or departmental chamber, or as a member of the Ile-de-France territorial, local or departmental chamber alone;

f) Where applicable, in addition to the name of the grouping under whose aegis he or she is standing
f) Where applicable, in addition to one or other of the candidacies mentioned in the previous paragraph, mention of the candidacy as a member of a delegation of the territorial chamber;

> g) The professional category and, where applicable, the name of the member of the local or departmental chamber of the Ile-de-France region.
g) The professional category and, where applicable, the professional sub-category in which he or she is standing for election.
For electronic voting, the presentation of the ballot paper must ensure strict equality between candidates.

Les bulletins de vote précisent, pour chacun des candidats, titulaire ou suppléant :

a) Son nom et son prénom usuel ;

b) Sa profession ou son secteur d’activité ;

c) La commune de son activité ;

d) Le cas échéant, l’intitulé du groupement sous l’égide duquel il se présente ;

e) Le siège pour lequel il se présente : mandat de membre titulaire ou de membre suppléant de la chambre de région associé au mandat de membre de la chambre territoriale, locale ou départementale d’Ile-de-France, ou mandat de la seule chambre territoriale, locale ou départementale d’Ile-de-France ;

f) Le cas échéant, en complément de l’une ou l’autre des candidatures mentionnées à l’alinéa précédent, mention de la candidature en qualité de membre d’une délégation de la chambre territoriale ;

g) La catégorie professionnelle et, le cas échéant, la sous-catégorie professionnelle dans lesquelles il se présente.

Pour le vote électronique, la présentation du bulletin de vote doit garantir une stricte égalité entre les candidats.
