I.-When voting is carried out electronically, voting instruments are sent to voters by e-mail or by post. In the latter case, they are sent in an envelope whose format and the information to be entered on it are set out in Appendix 7-2.

I.-When voting is carried out by electronic means, the voting instruments are sent to voters by e-mail or by post.
Postal items contain:

-an address label containing the voter’s login details for the voting platform and the explanatory leaflet;

-candidates’ circulars, where applicable
-candidate circulars where the provisions of paragraph 3 of article R. 713-21 are applied.

II -For postal voting, the voting material is sent to the voters by post in an envelope, the format and details of which are set out in Appendix 7-2, comprising:

-an address label, the dimensions of which are determined in accordance with the provisions of Appendix 7-2.
-an address label, the dimensions and wording of which are set out in Annex 7-2;

> -the single ballot paper or ballot paper in the envelope
-the single ballot paper or ballot papers;

the candidates’ circulars and the references of the websites where they can be consulted;

– the envelope in which to send the ballot papers to the candidates
-the voting envelope and the voting envelope, the dimensions of which and the particulars to be entered on them are set out in Annex 7-2.

The voting instruments sent to voters shall mention the internet links to which they may consult the circulars.

I.-Lorsqu’il est procédé au vote par voie électronique, l’envoi des instruments de vote aux électeurs est effectué par mail ou par voie postale. Dans ce dernier cas, ils sont adressés dans une enveloppe dont le format et les mentions qui y sont portées sont fixées à l’annexe 7-2.

Les envois postaux contiennent :

-un porte-adresse contenant les identifiants de l’électeur pour se connecter sur la plateforme de vote et la notice explicative ;

-les circulaires des candidats lorsqu’il est fait application des dispositions du 3e alinéa de l’article R. 713-21.

II.-Pour le vote par correspondance, le matériel de vote est envoyé aux électeurs par voie postale dans une enveloppe dont le format et les mentions qui y sont portées sont fixées à l’annexe 7-2, comprenant ;

-un porte-adresse dont les dimensions et les mentions sont fixées à l’annexe 7-2 ;

-le bulletin unique de vote ou les bulletins de vote ;

-les circulaires des candidats ainsi que les références des sites internet où elles peuvent être consultées ;

-l’enveloppe d’acheminement du vote et l’enveloppe de vote dont les dimensions et les mentions qui y sont portées sont fixées à l’annexe 7-2.

Les instruments de vote envoyés aux électeurs mentionnent les liens internet vers lesquels ils peuvent consulter les circulaires.
