Where electronic voting is used, the campaign expenses reimbursed to candidates pursuant to article R. 713-12 include the cost of the paper and printing of the circulars, where the election organising committee decides that they should be sent on paper, in accordance with the conditions laid down in article R. 713-21.

In this case, each grouping under whose label candidates are standing in the constituency and each individual candidate may claim reimbursement of the cost of reproducing a single model of circular per category or, where applicable, sub-category.

Lorsqu’il est procédé au vote par voie électronique, les frais de campagne remboursés aux candidats en application de l’article R. 713-12 s’entendent du coût du papier et de l’impression des circulaires, lorsque la commission d’organisation des élections décide leur envoi sur support papier, dans les conditions prévues à l’article R. 713-21.

Dans ce cas, chaque groupement sous l’étiquette duquel des candidatures sont présentées dans la circonscription, chaque candidat isolé peuvent prétendre au remboursement des frais de reproduction d’un seul modèle de circulaire par catégorie ou, le cas échéant, sous-catégorie professionnelle présentant les caractéristiques prévues au 2° de l’article A. 713-7.

Le nombre de circulaires admis à remboursement ne peut excéder celui effectivement remis, conformément à l’article A. 713-9.
