Article A712-3 of the French Commercial code

For the application of the scale set out in Article A. 712-2 :

1° CCI France comes under category 5;

2° The local chambers of commerce and industry and the departmental chambers of commerce and industry of Ile-de-France come under the category immediately below that of the territorial chambers of commerce and industry with the same number of nationals. The allowance is voted by the general meeting of the regional chamber of commerce and industry to which the chambers are attached;

3° Delegations of territorial chambers of commerce and industry created pursuant to article R. 711-18 and whose constituencies cover those of one or more départements come under category 1. The allowance is voted by the general meeting of the territorial chamber of commerce and industry, for the benefit of the delegation chairman.

The number of nationals is that shown in the most recent economic weighting study provided for in article R. 713-66.

Pour l’application du barème fixé à l’article A. 712-2 :

1° CCI France relève de la catégorie 5 ;

2° Les chambres de commerce et d’industrie locales et les chambres de commerce et d’industrie départementales d’Ile-de-France relèvent de la catégorie immédiatement inférieure à celle des chambres de commerce et d’industrie territoriales comportant le même nombre de ressortissants. L’indemnité est votée par l’assemblée générale de la chambre de commerce et d’industrie de région auxquelles les chambres sont rattachées ;

3° Les délégations des chambres de commerce et d’industrie territoriales créées en application de l’article R. 711-18 et dont les circonscriptions couvrent celles d’un ou plusieurs départements relèvent de la catégorie 1. L’indemnité est votée par l’assemblée générale de la chambre de commerce et d’industrie territoriale, au bénéfice du président de la délégation.

Le nombre de ressortissants est celui qui figure dans la dernière étude économique de pondération prévue par l’article R. 713-66.
