Article A712-7 of the French Commercial code

For the operations mentioned in 2° and 3° of article R. 712-7, the threshold below which the approval of the supervisory authority is not required is set at 5% of the operating income entered in the last budget executed by the public establishment of the network of chambers of commerce and industry.

However, any operation for an amount greater than or equal to one million euros is subject to the approval of the supervisory authority.

Pour les opérations mentionnées aux 2° et 3° de l’article R. 712-7, le seuil en deçà duquel l’approbation de la tutelle n’est pas requise est fixé à 5 % des produits d’exploitation inscrits dans le dernier budget exécuté de l’établissement public du réseau des chambres de commerce et d’industrie.

Toutefois, toute opération d’un montant supérieur ou égal à un million d’euros est soumise à l’approbation de la tutelle.
