Article A713-30 of the French Commercial code

The right of access and rectification provided for in articles 49 and 50 of amended law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms may be exercised with the territorial chamber of commerce and industry of which the applicant is a national, or with the regional chamber of commerce and industry for nationals of local or departmental chambers of commerce and industry in the Ile-de-France region. The right to object provided for in the first paragraph of article 56 of law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended is waived.

Le droit d’accès et de rectification prévus aux article 49 et 50 de la loi n° 78-17 du 6 janvier 1978 modifiée relative à l’informatique, aux fichiers et aux libertés s’exercent auprès de la chambre de commerce et d’industrie territoriale, dont le demandeur est ressortissant, ou auprès de la chambre de commerce et d’industrie de région pour les ressortissants des chambres de commerce et d’industrie locales ou départementales d’Ile-de-France. Le droit d’opposition prévu au premier alinéa de l’article 56 de la loi n° 78-17 du 6 janvier 1978 modifiée est écarté.
