Where electronic voting is used, the campaign expenses reimbursed to candidates pursuant to article R. 713-12 include the cost of the paper and printing of the circulars, where the election organising committee decides that they should be sent on paper, in accordance with the conditions laid down in article R. 713-21.
In this case, each grouping under whose label candidates are standing in the constituency and each individual candidate may claim reimbursement of the cost of reproducing a single model of circular per category or, where applicable, sub-category.

The number of circulars accepted for reimbursement may not exceed the number actually delivered, in accordance with Article A. 713-9.
