The oral tests are marked from 0 to 20. Any mark below 5 out of 20 is eliminatory.
At the end of the admission oral tests, the selection board will draw up, in order of merit, a list of candidates admitted on the basis of the total points obtained in all the tests, after applying the corresponding coefficients, within the limit of the places available in the competition.
If several candidates have obtained the same number of points after the written and oral tests, priority for admission is given to the candidate who has obtained the highest mark in the second written eligibility test and, in the event of a tie, to the candidate who has obtained the highest mark in the third written eligibility test and then, in the event of a further tie, to the candidate who has obtained the highest mark in the first oral admission test.
The selection board may decide not to fill all the places offered if it considers that the number of candidates with the skills required to practise as a commercial court clerk is less than the number of places offered in the competition.
