The competitive examination for admission to the profession of commercial court clerk comprises three written eligibility tests and two oral admission tests based on the programme set out in the Annex 7-6 to this book. The subjects of the written and oral tests are determined by the jury. The Conseil national des greffiers des tribunaux de commerce provides the secretariat for the jury.

For the admissibility tests, candidates may use codes and compendia of laws and decrees containing references to articles of doctrine and case law, excluding, however, codes annotated and commented on, article by article, by legal professionals.
