The services listed under numbers 138 to 142 of the table mentioned in article A. 743-8 give rise to the collection of the following fees:

142	Assistance, as provided for in the first paragraph of II of Article R. 713-1-1, of the judge responsible for supervising the register of commerce and companies in drawing up the list of natural and legal persons registered in the district and meeting the conditions laid down in II of Article L. 713-1:
	a) Per natural person	0.34 €
	b) Per legal entity	0.34 €

Les prestations figurant aux numéros 138 à 142 du tableau mentionné à l’article A. 743-8 donnent lieu à la perception des émoluments suivants :

142	Assistance, prévue au premier alinéa du II de l’article R. 713-1-1, du juge commis à la surveillance du registre du commerce et des sociétés pour l’élaboration de la liste des personnes physiques et morales immatriculées relevant de la circonscription et remplissant les conditions fixées au II de l’article L. 713-1 :
