Article A742-8 of the French Commercial code

For the admissibility tests, candidates may use codes and compendia of laws and decrees containing references to articles of doctrine and case law, excluding, however, codes annotated and commented on, article by article, by legal professionals.

They may also use codes or compendia of laws and decrees containing no indication of doctrine or case law, with no notes other than references to legislative or regulatory texts.

Any candidate who has procured or used unauthorised documents will be excluded from the room and his/her composition will be cancelled.

Ils peuvent également se servir de codes ou recueils de lois et décrets ne contenant aucune indication de doctrine ou de jurisprudence, sans autre note que des références à des textes législatifs ou réglementaires.

Tout candidat ayant procuré ou utilisé des documents non autorisés est exclu de la salle et sa composition est annulée.
