The marking of the eligibility tests is organised in such a way as to preserve the anonymity of each candidate.
Each composition is examined by two markers and given a mark from 0 to 20. Any mark below 5 out of 20 is eliminatory.
The jury determines, while respecting the anonymity of the papers, the total number of points required to be eligible and, on this basis, draws up the list of candidates admitted to sit the admission tests, in alphabetical order.
The results of the tests are notified to each candidate by the Conseil national des greffiers des tribunaux de commerce by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or to the e-mail address indicated by the candidate. This notification is accompanied, for candidates declared eligible, by the invitation to the oral tests. It also mentions the deadline for sending to the Conseil national des greffiers des tribunaux de commerce the individual information sheet mentioned in article A. 742-10.
Eligibility is valid only for the session during which it was acquired.
