Article A743-15 of the French Commercial code

I.-All of the services provided by the commercial court clerk in the context of a judicial liquidation procedure listed under number 143 of the table referred to in Article A. 743-8 gives rise to the collection of a principal fee, which varies according to the number of employees and the turnover of the company concerned, determined in accordance with the provisions of article R. 621-11, according to the following scale:

II.-The services referred to in I also give rise to the collection of two ancillary fees:

1° In the amount of 167.19 € per secondary establishment, on condition that the registrar of the main proceedings pays half of the fee to the registry of the secondary establishment;

2° In the amount of 11.15 € per additional creditor in excess of 25 creditors, up to a limit of 111.47 €.

I.-L’ensemble des prestations réalisées par le greffier de tribunal de commerce dans le cadre d’une procédure de liquidation judiciaire figurant au numéro 143 du tableau mentionné à l’article A. 743-8 donne lieu à la perception d’un émolument principal, qui varie en fonction du nombre de salariés et du chiffre d’affaires de l’entreprise concernée déterminés conformément aux dispositions de l’article R. 621-11, selon le barème suivant :

II.-Les prestations mentionnées au I donnent également lieu à la perception de deux émoluments accessoires :

1° D’un montant de 167,19 € par établissement secondaire, à charge pour le greffier de la procédure principale de reverser la moitié du droit au greffe de l’établissement secondaire ;

2° D’un montant de 11,15 € par créancier supplémentaire au-delà de 25 créanciers, dans la limite de 111,47 €.
