Article A743-8 of the French Commercial code

The services listed in Table 2 of Article Appendix 4-7 shall give rise to the collection by the clerk of the commercial court of fees set in accordance with the provisions of subsections 1 to 9 of this section.

Lump-sum reimbursements of costs and disbursements are governed by sub-section 10 of this section.

In application of II of Article R. 743-142, the fees mentioned in the first paragraph shall apply to the fees charged by the registry secretariats of the judicial courts dealing with commercial matters or by those of the mixed commercial courts.

The fees applicable until 29 February 2024 are those provided for in this section.

Les prestations figurant au tableau 2 de l’article annexe 4-7 donnent lieu à la perception par le greffier de tribunal de commerce d’émoluments fixés conformément aux dispositions des sous-sections 1 à 9 de la présente section.

Les remboursements forfaitaires de frais et débours sont régis par la sous-section 10 de la présente section.

En application du II de l’article R. 743-142, les émoluments mentionnés au premier alinéa s’appliquent aux redevances perçues par les secrétariats greffes des tribunaux judiciaires intervenant en matière commerciale ou par ceux des tribunaux mixtes de commerce.

Les émoluments applicables jusqu’au 29 février 2024 sont ceux qui sont prévus par la présente section.
