Article A811-13 of the French Commercial code

The qualifying examination for the profession of court-appointed administrator is organised at least once a year.

The dates and places of the tests are set by the Keeper of the Seals, Minister of Justice, and published, four months before the date of the first test, in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
