Article A822-8-1 of the French Commercial code

Examination committees, which may include the specialist examiners referred to in article A. 822-8, present to the selection board, under whose authority they are placed, proposals for marking candidates for each of the oral tests presented. They are made up of at least three members, at least one of whom must be a member of the jury. These committees may not include more than one auditor.

The jury deliberates on the marks proposed by the examination commissions, decides on the final marks and draws up the list of candidates admitted.

Des commissions d’examen, auxquelles peuvent participer les examinateurs spécialisés mentionnés à l’article A. 822-8, présentent au jury, sous l’autorité duquel elles sont placées, des propositions de notation des candidats pour chacune des épreuves orales présentées. Elles sont composées au minimum de trois membres, dont un au moins est issu du jury. Ces commissions ne peuvent comporter plus d’un commissaire aux comptes.

Le jury délibère sur les notes proposées par les commissions d’examen, arrête les notes définitives et établit la liste des candidats admis.
