Where a declaration required for registration has been authenticated or certified by a notary, the notary is entitled to request registration in the name of the person required to make the declaration.

Lorsqu’une déclaration nécessaire à une inscription a été constatée authentiquement ou certifiée par un notaire, celui-ci est habilité à requérir l’inscription au nom de la personne tenue de faire la déclaration.
