In the case provided for in article 37 of the local civil code, the association’s management shall be heard or invited to present its written observations before the court orders the convening of the general meeting.

The order may only be subject to an immediate appeal.

Dans le cas prévu à l’article 37 du code civil local, la direction de l’association est entendue ou invitée à présenter ses observations écrites avant que le tribunal n’ordonne la convocation de l’assemblée générale.

L’ordonnance ne peut être frappée que d’un pourvoi immédiat.
