The statement of appeal provided for in Article 901 of the Code of Civil Procedure must mention the names of the representatives of the respondents at first instance.
In the case provided for in the second paragraph of Article 930-1, the appellant shall deliver to the registry or send to it by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt as many copies of the statement as there are respondents and representatives, plus two. The court clerk shall immediately send a copy to each of these representatives by simple letter.
Where the statement of appeal is made by post, the court clerk’s office shall register the document on the date shown on the stamp of the issuing office and shall send the appellant a receipt by any means.
