COMPOSITION OF THE APPLICATION FORM FOR THE COMMON GENERAL TRAINING COURSE FOR TEACHING, SUPERVISION AND TRAINING IN MOUNTAIN SPORTS

The application includes the following documents:

– an application form on a standard form ;

– a recent passport photograph;

– for minors, authorisation from their legal guardians;

– for candidates of French nationality born from 1979 onwards for men and from 1983 onwards for women, a photocopy of the census certificate or the individual certificate of participation in the Defence and Citizenship Day;

– a medical certificate stating that you are not contraindicated in practising or teaching sport, less than three months old;

– two self-adhesive 21 × 14 cm envelopes, stamped at the current rate and bearing the candidate’s name and address;

– a certificate of successful completion of the “level 1 civic prevention and first aid” course (PSC 1) or its equivalent;

– depending on the case :

– a certificate of successful completion of the probationary examination for the mountain leader diploma of the French state mountaineering certificate (brevet d’Etat d’alpinisme);

– a certificate showing that you have passed the technical test for the first-degree state diploma for sports instructors (brevet d’Etat d’éducateur sportif du premier degré), “alpine skiing” option;

– a certificate showing that you have passed the entry-level technical test for the first-degree state diploma for sports instructors (brevet d’Etat d’éducateur sportif du premier degré), option “nordic cross-country skiing” ;

– a certificate showing that you have passed the technical test for the state diploma for national alpine ski instructors;

– a certificate of successful completion of the probationary examination for the high mountain guide diploma of the state mountaineering diploma.

COMPOSITION DU DOSSIER D’INSCRIPTION À LA FORMATION GÉNÉRALE COMMUNE AUX MÉTIERS D’ENSEIGNEMENT, D’ENCADREMENT ET D’ENTRAÎNEMENT DES SPORTS DE MONTAGNE

Le dossier comprend les pièces suivantes :

– une demande d’inscription établie sur un imprimé normalisé ;

– une photographie d’identité récente ;

– pour les personnes mineures, l’autorisation des représentants légaux ;

– pour les candidats de nationalité française nés à partir de 1979 pour les hommes et à partir de 1983 pour les femmes, une photocopie de l’attestation de recensement ou du certificat individuel de participation à la journée défense et citoyenneté ;

– un certificat médical de non-contre-indication à la pratique et à l’enseignement du sport datant de moins de trois mois ;

– deux enveloppes autocollantes de format 21 × 14 cm affranchies au tarif en vigueur et libellées au nom et à l’adresse du candidat ;

– l’attestation de réussite à l’unité d’enseignement ” prévention et secours civiques de niveau 1 ” (PSC 1) ou son équivalent ;

– selon les cas :

– l’attestation de réussite à l’examen probatoire du diplôme d’accompagnateur en moyenne montagne du brevet d’Etat d’alpinisme ;

– l’attestation de réussite au test technique d’accès du brevet d’Etat d’éducateur sportif du premier degré, option ” ski alpin ” ;

– l’attestation de réussite au test technique d’accès du brevet d’Etat d’éducateur sportif du premier degré, option ” ski nordique de fond ” ;

– l’attestation de réussite au test technique d’accès du diplôme d’Etat de ski-moniteur national de ski alpin ;

– l’attestation de réussite à l’examen probatoire du diplôme de guide de haute montagne du brevet d’Etat d’alpinisme.
