EXHAUSTIVE LIST OF GENRES OF PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
(HEREBY REFERRED TO AS “PPE”) NOT FALLING WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THE SPORT CODE

1. PPE designed and manufactured specifically for armed forces or law enforcement such as helmets, shields.

2. PPE for self-defence against aggression such as aerosol generators, individual deterrent weapons.

3. PPE intended for the protection or rescue of persons on board ships or aircraft, and which are not worn permanently.

4. Helmets and visors intended for users of two- or three-wheeled motor vehicles.

5. Protection designed and manufactured for private use against:

– weather conditions (gloves, particularly ski gloves, headgear, windbreakers, seasonal clothing, footwear and boots, umbrellas);

– moisture, water (washing-up gloves);

– heat (gloves).

LISTE EXHAUSTIVE DES GENRES D’ÉQUIPEMENTS DE PROTECTION INDIVIDUELLE
(CI-APRÈS DÉNOMMÉS “EPI”) N’ENTRANT PAS DANS LE CHAMP DU CODE DU SPORT


1. EPI conçus et fabriqués spécifiquement pour les forces armées ou de maintien de l’ordre tels que casques, boucliers.

2. EPI d’autodéfense contre les agressions tels que générateurs aérosols, armes individuelles de dissuasion.

3. EPI destinés à la protection ou au sauvetage des personnes embarquées à bord des navires ou aéronefs, et qui ne sont pas portés en permanence.

4. Casques et visières destinés aux usagers de véhicules à moteur à deux ou trois roues.

5. Protections conçues et fabriquées pour un usage privé contre :

– les conditions atmosphériques (gants, notamment de ski, couvre-chefs, coupe-vent, vêtements de saison, chaussures et bottes, parapluies) ;

– l’humidité, l’eau (gants de vaisselle) ;

– la chaleur (gants).
