Article D112-25 of the French Sports Code

Buildings belonging to the State and necessary for the exercise of the institution’s missions are allocated to it as an endowment by joint order of the ministers responsible for the domain and for sport.

The order sets out the list of buildings and the conditions under which they are allocated as endowments.

The establishment manages these buildings. It also bears the cost of fitting out and major repairs to these buildings.

Article D112-25

Les immeubles appartenant à l’Etat et nécessaires à l’exercice des missions de l’établissement lui sont attribués, à titre de dotation, par arrêté conjoint des ministres chargés du domaine et des sports.

L’arrêté fixe la liste des immeubles et les conditions de l’attribution à titre de dotation.

L’établissement assure la gestion desdits immeubles. Il supporte également le coût des travaux d’aménagement et de grosses réparations de ces immeubles.
