For the application of the provisions of Article L. 113-1, the following constitute international conventions relating to fundamental human rights:
1° The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, opened for signature in New York on 19 December 1966;
2° The International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, opened for signature in New York on 19 December 1966;
3° The Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women, opened for signature in New York on 1 March 1980;
4° The Convention on the Rights of the Child, signed in New York on 26 January 1990;
5° The Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (together with an Optional Protocol), signed in New York on 30 March 2007; <6° Convention No. 29 of the International Labour Organisation concerning Forced Labour, adopted by the International Labour Conference at its 14th session held in Geneva on 28 June 1930; 7° Convention No. 87 of the International Labour Organisation concerning Freedom of Association and Protection of the Right to Organise, adopted by the International Labour Conference at its 31st session held in San Francisco on 17 June 1948; <8. Convention No. 98 of the International Labour Organisation concerning the Application of the Principles of the Right to Organise and to Bargain Collectively, adopted by the International Labour Conference at its 32nd Session held at Geneva on 1 July 1949; <9. Convention No. 100 of the International Labour Organisation concerning Equal Remuneration for Men and Women Workers for Work of Equal Value, adopted by the International Labour Conference at its 34th Session held in Geneva on 29 June 1951; 10. Convention No. 105 of the International Labour Organisation concerning the Abolition of Forced Labour, adopted by the International Labour Conference at its 40th Session held in Geneva on 25 June 1957;
11° Convention No. 111 of the International Labour Organisation concerning Discrimination (Employment and Occupation), adopted by the International Labour Conference at its 42nd Session held in Geneva on 25 June 1958;
12° Convention No. 138 of the International Labour Organisation concerning Minimum Age for Admission to Employment, adopted by the International Labour Conference at its 58th Session held in Geneva on 26 June 1973;
13° Convention No. 182 of the International Labour Organization concerning the worst forms of child labour and immediate action for their elimination, adopted by the International Labour Conference at its 87th session held in Geneva on 17 June 1999.
