The data used to assess any gaps in representation between women and men referred to in Article L. 1142-11 are as follows:
1° The percentage of women among all senior managers within the meaning of Article L. 3111-2 ;
2° The percentage of men among all senior managers within the meaning of Article L. 3111-2;
3° The percentage of women among all members of the management bodies defined in Article L. 23-12-1 of the French Commercial Code, including self-employed persons;
4° The percentage of men among all members of the management bodies defined in Article L. 23-12-1 of the French Commercial Code, including self-employed persons.
The proportion of these women and men is assessed each year over a period of twelve consecutive months corresponding to the financial year, on the basis of the time spent by each man and each woman over this reference period as senior executives or members of the aforementioned management bodies.
