The corrective measures and, where applicable, the programming of financial measures to catch up on salaries, provided for in article L. 1142-9, must be implemented as soon as the result level mentioned in article D. 1142-3 is less than seventy-five points.
They are published on the company website where one exists, on the same page as the result level and the results mentioned in article D. 1142-4, as soon as the agreement or the unilateral decision is filed under the conditions provided for in article D. 2231-4 of the same code. They may be consulted on the company’s website until the company obtains a result level at least equal to seventy-five points. In addition, the employer shall inform the employees by any means.
