Article D1221-27 of the French Labour Code

When the employer uses an alternative medium to keep the single staff register, the requirements of articles D. 8113-2 and D. 8113-3 apply.

In this case, the employer sends the Labour Inspectorate the opinion of the Social and Economic Committee provided for in article L. 2315-5.
