1° The information mentioned in articles D. 1253-1;
2° The title of the collective agreement within the scope of which each of its members falls;
3° The collective agreement it wishes to apply;
4° The number and qualifications of the employees it plans to employ.

4° Le nombre et la qualification des salariés qu’il envisage d’employer.
