The composition of the supporting documents accompanying the declaration, mentioned in article L. 1332-1, of a person who is developing a public or private bathing facility for collective use, is set by an order of the ministers for health and the environment and the minister for the interior.

La composition du dossier justificatif accompagnant la déclaration, mentionnée à l’article L. 1332-1, d’une personne qui procède à l’aménagement d’une baignade, publique ou privée à usage collectif, est fixé par un arrêté des ministres chargés de la santé et de l’environnement et du ministre de l’intérieur.
