I.- If the quality limits of the filling water defined by the order referred to in article D. 1332-46 are not complied with, the person responsible for the artificial bathing facility is required to:
1° Carry out an investigation to determine the cause;
2° Take the necessary measures to restore the quality of the filling water and ensure compliance with the provisions referred to in article D. 1332-46.
II.- If the quality limits of the filling water defined by the order referred to in article D. 1332-46 are not complied with, the person responsible for the artificial bathing facility is required to: 1° Carry out an investigation to determine the cause; 2° Take the necessary measures to restore the quality of the filling water and ensure compliance with the provisions referred to in article D. 1332-46. II.-If the water quality limits for artificial bathing defined by the order mentioned in article D. 1332-46 are not complied with, the person responsible for the artificial bathing facility is required to:
1° Immediately carry out an investigation to determine the cause;
2° Immediately take the necessary corrective measures to restore the quality of the water;
3° Take the necessary measures to protect the health of bathers during the period required to bring the water back into compliance;
4° Inform the Director General of the Regional Health Agency of the measures taken as soon as they have been implemented.
III.When the bathing water quality standards defined by the order mentioned in article D. 1332-46 are not met, the person responsible for the artificial bathing facility is required to:
1° Carry out an investigation to determine the cause;
2° Take the necessary corrective measures to restore the quality of the artificial bathing water.
IV.-The person responsible for the artificial bathing facility establishes a procedure for managing situations where quality limits are not respected and quality standards are not met.
V.-When the Prefect considers that the water at the bathing establishment, the hygiene of the establishment or the management of the facilities present a risk to human health, the Prefect, after obtaining the opinion of the Director General of the Regional Health Agency, shall order the person responsible for the bathing establishment to restrict or, where appropriate, prohibit access to the bathing area or to take any other measure necessary to respond to this risk. The person responsible for the artificial bathing area informs the Prefect of the application of the measures taken.
