The information provided to employees mentioned in articles L. 141-25and L. 141-30 may be carried out as follows:
1° During an employee information meeting at the end of which employees sign the attendance register for this meeting;
2° By posting. The date of receipt of the information is that affixed by the employee on a register accompanied by his signature certifying that he has taken note of this posting;
3° By electronic mail, provided that the date of receipt can be certified;
4° By hand-delivery, against a signature or receipt, of a written document stating the information required;
5° By registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt;
6° By extrajudicial document;
7° By any other means capable of making the date of receipt certain.
