The employee shall inform the operator as soon as possible and by any means when he is assisted in accordance with the articles L. 141-24 et L. 141-29. The person assisting the employee is bound by an obligation of confidentiality with regard to the information they receive.

Le salarié informe dans les meilleurs délais et par tout moyen l’exploitant lorsqu’il se fait assister conformément aux articles L. 141-24 et L. 141-29. La personne qui assiste le salarié est tenue à une obligation de confidentialité en ce qui concerne les informations qu’elle reçoit.
