Article D1411-58-6 of the French Public Health Code

When the draw provided for in II of Article L. 1411-5-2 is carried out, it shall be made by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, in the presence of a representative of the Minister for Health, no later than three months before the expiry of the term of office of the Board of Directors.

The persons mentioned in the second paragraph of I of Article L. 1411-5-2 who designate as many women as men shall not be concerned by the draw.

Each of the persons called upon to take part in the renewal of the Board of Directors and concerned by the designation by drawing lots, may designate a representative to attend.

Lorsque le tirage au sort prévu au II de l’article L. 1411-5-2 est réalisé, il est effectué par le président du conseil d’administration, en présence d’un représentant du ministre chargé de la santé, au plus tard trois mois avant l’échéance du mandat du conseil d’administration.

Les personnes mentionnées au deuxième alinéa du I de l’article L. 1411-5-2 qui désignent autant de femmes que d’hommes ne sont pas concernées par le tirage au sort.

Chacune des personnes appelées à prendre part au renouvellement du conseil d’administration et concernées par la désignation au tirage au sort, peut désigner un représentant pour y assister.
