Article D1418-38 of the French Public Health Code

The Director General of the Agence de la biomédecine will acknowledge receipt of the request and specify the time required to examine it.

If the request requires resources that are excessive in relation to those that the Agency is able to provide in order to process it, or if it does not fall within the Agency’s area of competence, the Director General will inform its authors that it cannot be processed.

If this is not the case, it decides what action to take, after consulting the Board of Directors, the Policy Committee or the Medical and Scientific Advisory Board.

Article D1418-38
