Programme authorisations are allocated and notified to departmental prefects by the minister responsible for civil protection on the basis of the annual list of operations to be subsidised drawn up by the prefect of the defence and security zone, in accordance with the criteria set by the commission established in II of article L. 1424-36-1 susvisé.
Les autorisations de programme sont affectées et notifiées aux préfets de département par le ministre chargé de la sécurité civile au vu de la liste annuelle des opérations à subventionner établie par le préfet de zone de défense et de sécurité, conformément aux critères fixés par la commission instituée au II de l’article L. 1424-36-1 susvisé.
