Article D1432-49 of the French Public Health Code

Where its opinion is required, the Regional Health and Autonomy Conference is deemed to have been consulted if no action is taken within two months of receipt of the request for an opinion, accompanied by the necessary documents, from the Director General of the Regional Health Agency. This period is reduced to fifteen days in an emergency and to eight days in an extreme emergency.

Lorsque son avis est requis, la consultation de la conférence régionale de la santé et de l’autonomie est réputée effectuée si aucune suite n’est donnée dans les deux mois à compter de la réception de la demande d’avis, accompagnée des documents nécessaires, formulée par le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé. Ce délai est ramené à quinze jours en cas d’urgence et à huit jours en cas d’extrême urgence.
