When the sentence enforcement judge grants a leave to go out with a view to preparing the convicted person’s professional or social reintegration, he may in his order decide that the date and terms of execution of the leave will be set by the director of the prison integration and probation service, after consulting the head of the prison.
The sentence enforcement judge may, in the same order, grant several leaves to go out by applying the provisions of this article.
The provisions of this article also apply to temporary absences granted with a view to maintaining family ties when the remaining sentence to be served is less than or equal to one year.
For the application of the provisions of this article, the director of the prison integration and probation service may delegate his signature and powers to a director of integration and probation.
