Article D1442-3 of the French Labour Code

Agreements are concluded, within the limits of the appropriations provided for this purpose, between the establishments and bodies mentioned in article D. 1442-1 and the Minister for Employment. The term of the agreement is four years.

Each agreement sets out the following in particular:

1° The programme organised over the term of the agreement. This programme is defined in accordance with the provisions of an order issued by the Minister of Justice and the Minister for Employment;

2° The number of training days per trainee over the term of the agreement;

3° The number of training days per trainee per year;

4° The duration of each course;

5° The teaching and technical resources used;

6° The estimated overall financial assistance from the State and its distribution over the term of the agreement;

7° The organisation of the delegation of State financial aid to local structures.

Article D1442-3

Des conventions sont conclues, dans la limite des crédits prévus à cet effet, entre les établissements et organismes mentionnés à l’article D. 1442-1 et le ministre chargé du travail. La durée de la convention est de quatre ans.

Chaque convention fixe à titre prévisionnel, notamment :

1° Le programme organisé sur la durée de la convention. Ce programme est défini conformément aux dispositions d’un arrêté du ministre de la justice et du ministre chargé du travail ;

2° Le nombre de journées de formation par stagiaire sur la durée de la convention ;

3° Le nombre de journées de formation par stagiaire par an ;

4° La durée de chaque stage ;

5° Les moyens pédagogiques et techniques mis en œuvre ;

6° L’estimation de l’aide financière globale de l’Etat et sa répartition sur la durée de la convention ;

7° L’organisation de la délégation de l’aide financière de l’Etat à des structures locales.
