For its application in Mayotte, article D. 1432-50 reads as follows:
The agenda for meetings is set by the Chair of the Regional Conference on Health and Autonomy.
He may not refuse to include questions requested by at least half of its members.
Meetings may be convened by any means, including fax or e-mail. The same applies to any documents required for the preparation of the meeting or drawn up following the meeting.
Except in emergencies, the members of the Conference shall receive, at least ten days before the date of the meeting, a notice containing the agenda and, where applicable, the documents required for the examination of the matters on the agenda.
