For the application of Article D. 1432-15 to the Mayotte Regional Health Agency, I is worded as follows:
I.-The Supervisory Board is made up of eighteen members. In addition to the Prefect of Mayotte, who chairs it, the Supervisory Board comprises the following members, who have the right to vote:
1° Three representatives of the State:
a) The rector of the Mayotte education authority or his representative ;
b) The head of the government department responsible for social cohesion in Mayotte or his representative;
c) A director of decentralised State services, appointed by the Prefect of Mayotte or his representative;
2° Three members of the councils of the local health insurance bodies within its jurisdiction, including :
a) Two members of the board of the Mayotte social security fund appointed by the national representatives of representative employee trade unions at national and cross-industry level;
b) One member of the board of the Mayotte social security fund appointed by the national representatives of employers’ organisations representing employers at national and cross-industry level;
3° Four representatives of local and regional authorities, including :
a) One Mayotte departmental councillor, appointed by the Mayotte departmental council, on the basis of its departmental and regional powers;
b) Three mayors of Mayotte municipalities, appointed by the Mayotte Mayors’ Association or, where there is no association or where there is more than one, elected by the college of mayors of the department convened for this purpose by the Prefect;
4° Three representatives of associations representing patients, the elderly and the disabled, including :
a) One representative of a patients’ association working in the field of health quality and patient care and approved at national or regional level in application of article L. 1114-1;
b) A representative of an association working for the disabled or the elderly;
c) One representative of an association working for vulnerable people;
5° Four persons qualified in the Agency’s fields of competence, appointed by the ministers responsible for health, health insurance, the elderly and the disabled.
