Article D1446-9 of the French Public Health Code

For its application in Mayotte, article D. 1432-29 reads as follows:

“The following shall participate in the work of the Regional Conference on Health and Autonomy in an advisory capacity:

1° The Prefect of Mayotte ;

2° The President of the Mayotte Economic, Social and Environmental Council;

3° The head of the government department responsible for social cohesion in Mayotte;

4° The Director General of the Regional Health Agency;

5° A health insurance representative from the Mayotte social security fund.

Pour son application à Mayotte, l’article D. 1432-29 est ainsi rédigé :

“Participent avec voix consultative aux travaux de la conférence régionale de la santé et de l’autonomie :

1° Le préfet de Mayotte ;

2° Le président du conseil économique, social et environnemental de Mayotte ;

3° Le chef du service de l’Etat en charge de la cohésion sociale à Mayotte ;

4° Le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé ;

5° Un représentant de la caisse de sécurité sociale de Mayotte au titre de l’assurance maladie.”
