Article D1453-2-14 of the French Labour Code

The trade union defender is entitled to an allowance for travel to the hearing, the amount of which is set by joint order of the ministers responsible for the budget and labour. To this end, the court registry will issue a certificate of attendance at the hearing. The trade union representative must submit his request to the agency mentioned in Article D. 1453-2-15 and attach this certificate.

Le défenseur syndical bénéficie d’une indemnité de déplacement à l’audience dont le montant est fixé par arrêté conjoint des ministres chargés du budget et du travail. A cette fin, le greffe lui délivre une attestation de présence à l’audience. Le défenseur syndical formule sa demande auprès de l’agence mentionnée à l’article D. 1453-2-15 et y joint cette attestation.
