The public accountant of the principal shall be consulted on any proposed mandate. On expiry of a period of one month, he is deemed to have given his opinion. The principal shall send him a copy of the mandate as soon as it has been concluded.

Tout projet de mandat dont la conclusion est envisagée donne lieu à la consultation du comptable public du mandant. A l’expiration d’un délai d’un mois, il est réputé avoir donné son avis. Le mandant lui transmet l’ampliation du mandat dès sa conclusion.
