Article D1711-8 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Until 31 December 2013, the fire and rescue service of the Department of Mayotte is eligible for the investment aid fund for departmental fire and rescue services under the conditions set out in the articles D. 1424-32-3 to D. 1424-32-11 and subject to the following adaptations:

1° For the application of article D. 1424-32-7, the words: “president of the board of directors of the departmental fire and rescue service” are replaced by the words: “president of the General Council of Mayotte” and the words: “deliberation of the board of directors of the departmental fire and rescue service” are replaced by the words: “deliberation of the General Council of Mayotte”;

2° For the application of III of article D. 1424-32-10, the words: “the departmental fire and rescue services” are replaced by the words: “the fire and rescue service”;

3° For the application of IV of article D. 1424-32-10, the words: “chairman of the board of directors” are replaced by the words: “chairman of the general council”.

Jusqu’au 31 décembre 2013, le service d’incendie et de secours du Département de Mayotte est éligible au fonds d’aide à l’investissement des services départementaux d’incendie et de secours dans les conditions prévues aux articles D. 1424-32-3 à D. 1424-32-11 et sous réserve des adaptations suivantes :

1° Pour l’application de l’article D. 1424-32-7, les mots : ” président du conseil d’administration du service départemental d’incendie et de secours ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” président du conseil général de Mayotte ” et les mots : ” délibération du conseil d’administration du service départemental d’incendie et de secours ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” délibération du conseil général de Mayotte ” ;

2° Pour l’application du III de l’article D. 1424-32-10, les mots : ” les services départementaux d’incendie et de secours ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” le service d’incendie et de secours ” ;

3° Pour l’application du IV de l’article D. 1424-32-10, les mots : ” président du conseil d’administration ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” président du conseil général “.
