BOOK VII: SPECIAL PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO MAYOTTE

For the application to Mayotte of the provisions of the first part of the present code: 1° The reference to the department, the overseas department, the region or the overseas region is replaced by the reference to the Department of Mayotte; 2° The reference to the regional council and the general councils is replaced by the reference to the departmental council.
