Article D1851-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

I. – The articles R. 1412-1 and R. 1412-2 are applicable to the communes of French Polynesia subject to the adaptations provided for in II.

II. – For the application of Articles R. 1412-1 and R. 1412-2, after the words: “second part” the following words are added: “, insofar as they are applicable in French Polynesia. “
