Article D1872-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

I. – The articles D. 1612-1, D. 1612-2, D. 1612-4 and R. 1612-8 to R. 1612-38 are applicable to the communes of French Polynesia subject to the adaptations provided for in II to VI.

II. – For its application to the communes of French Polynesia, article D. 1612-1 reads as follows: “The High Commissioner of the Republic communicates to the mayors the amount of each of the allocations paid as part of the overall operating allocation. “

III. – For its application to the communes of French Polynesia, Article D. 1612-2 reads as follows: “The High Commissioner of the Republic communicates the information referred to in Article D. 1612-1 to the presidents of the public cooperation establishments.”

IV. – For its application to the communes of French Polynesia, article D. 1612-4 is worded as follows: “The information provided for in Articles D. 1612-1 and D. 1612-2 is communicated to the mayors of the communes and to the presidents of the newly created public cooperation establishments, no later than two and a half months after their creation. “

V. – For the application of Article R. 1612-18, the words: “the President of the General Council, the President of the Regional Council” are deleted.

VI. – For the application of Article R. 1612-22, the words: “of the general council, of the regional council” are deleted.

Article D1872-1

I. – Les articles D. 1612-1, D. 1612-2, D. 1612-4 et R. 1612-8 à R. 1612-38 sont applicables aux communes de la Polynésie française sous réserve des adaptations prévues du II au VI.

II. – Pour son application aux communes de la Polynésie française, l’article D. 1612-1 est ainsi rédigé : ” Le haut-commissaire de la République communique aux maires le montant de chacune des dotations versées dans le cadre de la dotation globale de fonctionnement. ”

III. – Pour son application aux communes de la Polynésie française, l’article D. 1612-2 est ainsi rédigé : ” Le haut-commissaire de la République communique aux présidents des établissements publics de coopération l’information visée à l’article D. 1612-1 ”.

IV. – Pour son application aux communes de la Polynésie française, l’article D. 1612-4 est rédigé comme suit : ” Les informations prévues aux articles D. 1612-1 et D. 1612-2 sont communiquées aux maires des communes et aux présidents des établissements publics de coopération nouvellement créés, au plus tard deux mois et demi après leur création. ”

V. – Pour l’application de l’article R. 1612-18, les mots : ” du président du conseil général, du président du conseil régional ” sont supprimés.

VI. – Pour l’application de l’article R. 1612-22, les mots : ” du conseil général, du conseil régional ” sont supprimés.
