Article D1874-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

I. – The articles R. 1617-1 to R. 1617-18, the articles D. 1617-19 to D. 1617-21, R. 1617-22, as it read prior to Decree no. 2018-967 of 8 November 2018, and D. 1617-23 shall apply to the communes of French Polynesia subject to the adaptations provided for in II to VI.

II. – For the application of Article R. 1617-1, the words: “of this section” are replaced by the words: “of this chapter”.

III. – For the application of Article R. 1617-6, the second sentence is deleted.

IV. – For the application of Article D. 1617-19, the words: “in Annex I of this Code” are replaced by the words: “by decree”.

V. – For the application of Article D. 1617-20, the words: “of this Code and Article L. 264-7 of the Financial Jurisdictions Code” are deleted.

VI. – For the application of Article D. 1617-23, the words: “articles L. 252 A of the tax procedures book and articles R. 2342-4 and D. 3342-11” are replaced by the words: “article R. 2342-4”.

Article D1874-1

I. – Les articles R. 1617-1 à R. 1617-18, les articles D. 1617-19 à D. 1617-21, R. 1617-22, dans sa rédaction antérieure au décret n° 2018-967 du 8 novembre 2018, et D. 1617-23 sont applicables aux communes de la Polynésie française sous réserve des adaptations prévues du II au VI.

II. – Pour l’application de l’article R. 1617-1, les mots : ” de la présente section ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” du présent chapitre ”.

III. – Pour l’application de l’article R. 1617-6, la seconde phrase est supprimée.

IV. – Pour l’application de l’article D. 1617-19, les mots : ” à l’annexe I du présent code ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” par décret ”.

V. – Pour l’application de l’article D. 1617-20, les mots : ” du présent code et à l’article L. 264-7 du code des juridictions financières ” sont supprimés.

VI. – Pour l’application de l’article D. 1617-23, les mots : ” des articles L. 252 A du livre des procédures fiscales et des articles R. 2342-4 et D. 3342-11 ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” de l’article R. 2342-4 ”.
