Article D2135-31 of the French Labour Code

In application of the provisions of 3° of article L. 2135-13, the fund allocates the credits between each of the organisations mentioned in 3° of article L. 2135-12 on the basis of their audience in accordance with the following procedures:

1° A share is allocated in proportion to the audience obtained by each of them in the elections provided for in 3° of article L. 2122-9;

2° A share of the appropriations, which may not be less than 7.9 million euros or more than a quarter of the share provided for in 1°, is divided equally between each of the organisations.

En application des dispositions du 3° de l’article L. 2135-13, le fonds attribue les crédits entre chacune des organisations mentionnées au 3° de l’article L. 2135-12 en fonction de leur audience selon les modalités suivantes :

1° Une part est attribuée proportionnellement à l’audience obtenue par chacune d’entre elles lors des élections prévues au 3° de l’article L. 2122-9 ;

2° Une part des crédits, qui ne peut être inférieure à 7,9 millions d’euros ni supérieure au quart de la part prévue au 1°, est répartie à parts égales entre chacune des organisations.
