Article D214-32-4-1 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The AMF shall ensure that the notification file provided for in Article L. 214-24-2 is complete.

It shall send the file to the competent authorities of the host Member State in which the units or shares of the AIF are to be marketed, no later than twenty working days after the date of receipt of the notification letter and all the documents making up the file.

L’Autorité des marchés financiers s’assure que le dossier de notification prévu à l’article L. 214-24-2 est complet.

Elle transmet le dossier aux autorités compétentes de l’Etat membre d’accueil dans lequel il est prévu que les parts ou actions du FIA soit commercialisées, au plus tard vingt jours ouvrables après la date de réception de la lettre de notification et de l’ensemble des documents constituant le dossier.
